These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and prada55 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://prada55.cam ("the Website"). By accessing the Website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered by prada55, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

prada55 operates under an international licensing framework and is committed to providing Malaysian players with a secure, fair, and transparent gaming environment. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Website and close your account. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on prada55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. prada55 strictly does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an Account, access the Platform, or place any Wager. This age threshold is in line with internationally recognised standards for licensed casino and sports betting operators.
• Residency and Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful or not explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

• Not Acting on Behalf of a Third Party: You must be registering and using the Account solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of any other person, corporation, or entity.
• One Account Per Person: You may hold only one Account on prada55. Multiple accounts held by the same individual constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

To access the full range of services offered by prada55, you are required to complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number, and Malaysian identity card number (MyKad) or passport number.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. prada55 shall not be liable for any loss arising from the unauthorised use of your Account credentials where such use resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security.

KYC Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any time prada55 deems necessary in the context of anti-money laundering obligations or suspicious activity, you will be required to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This requires the submission of one or more of the following documents: a valid copy of your MyKad or passport; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address; and, where required, evidence of your nominated payment method. KYC verification is typically completed within 30 minutes during business hours.

prada55 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to suspend any Account pending verification of the information provided. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

By using the prada55 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit, game, or circumvent any promotional offer, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, or using third-party software to systematically profit from promotions.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Depositing funds via stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments, including chargeback fraud on legitimate deposits.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform in any way to launder, conceal, or convert the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Collusion: Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker and other multi-player formats.
• Use of Prohibited Software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to automate betting activity or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, interfere with its technical infrastructure, or engage in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the service for other users.

prada55 reserves the right to investigate suspected Prohibited Activity and, upon reasonable determination that a breach has occurred, to take any of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently terminate the Account; void any Wagers placed during the relevant period; withhold or forfeit any Balance, including winnings; and report the matter to relevant authorities where applicable.

All financial transactions on prada55 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and bank wire transfer. Platinum Elite members also have access to cryptocurrency channels (BTC, USDT).

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time for all e-wallet and FPX transactions. Bank wire deposits may take up to one business day to reflect. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of transaction. prada55 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability. Indicative processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes following approval.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): Typically 5–15 minutes following approval.
• Bank Wire Transfer: Typically 15–60 minutes; may extend to one business day for larger amounts.

Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification must be complete; (b) any applicable Wagering Requirement on active bonus funds must be fully met; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the applicable daily, weekly, or monthly limit for your membership tier; and (d) your Account must be in good standing with no pending security review or dispute.

prada55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount is unusually large, where account activity is atypical, or where anti-money laundering obligations so require. In such circumstances, processing may be delayed pending the outcome of the review.

prada55 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published at the time of each offer. The following general principles apply to all promotions offered on the Platform:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active on your Account, a maximum single Wager limit applies. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided. The applicable cap is stated in the promotion terms and is generally in the range of RM 250–RM 500 per bet or spin.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward clearing the Wagering Requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live table games such as baccarat and blackjack typically contribute 10–20%. The full contribution schedule is published in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or whose Wagering Requirements are not met within the stated timeframe (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days depending on the promotion) will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions cap the amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. Where a cap applies, it is clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held on your Account at any given time.

All Wagers placed on the prada55 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting interface. The following general rules apply to all Wagers:

• A Wager is final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. prada55 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a Wager after it has been placed, except where expressly permitted under the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, network interruption, or system error that affects the outcome or integrity of a Wager, prada55 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the User's Account Balance.
• prada55 offers live sports betting markets on events including, but not limited to, Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC and MMA events, and international football. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a Wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the Wager.
• Casino games, including slots, live baccarat, live blackjack, and live roulette, operate under the rules published within each individual game. All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) audited by independent third-party laboratories.
• Minimum and maximum Wager limits vary by game and market and are displayed within the relevant game interface.
• Winnings will be credited to your Account Balance upon the final settlement of the Wager in accordance with the applicable game or market rules.

prada55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its platform. Gambling should be a form of entertainment and must never be pursued as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. We provide the following tools to help users maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

The prada55 trademark, trade name, and logo are proprietary to the Platform operator and may not be used without prior written consent.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to: resale or commercial use of the Platform or its content; collection and use of any product listings or descriptions; any derivative use of the Platform or its content; downloading or copying of Account information for the benefit of a third party; or use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, prada55, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the User's access to or use of the Platform.

prada55's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit prada55's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Termination by the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting prada55 customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be refunded to your nominated payment method following successful KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Termination by prada55. prada55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (c) providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC; (d) failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements; (e) account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to applicable law; or (f) where required to do so by law or by order of a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, prada55 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any Balance on the Account pending the outcome of any investigation. Where termination results in the forfeiture of a Balance, prada55 will provide the User with written notice of the reason for forfeiture.

prada55 reserves the right to revise, amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by publishing a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to the registered address on file. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which prada55's operating licence is issued. The Platform operator complies with applicable international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering frameworks.

In the event of a dispute between a User and prada55, the User is encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. prada55 is committed to resolving genuine disputes promptly and fairly. Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation may be referred to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with the conditions of our operating licence.

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law or the consumer protection legislation of your country of residence.
